It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Pakistan Council on Foreign Relations (PCFR), which has been very active in promoting soft and positive image of Pakistan at national and international level. Over the period of two decades the Council has been actively contributing through organizing important events where national and international speakers were invited to share their learned insight on the subjects of national and global significance.

PCFR is committed to serve the people of Pakistan by offering them a forum for generating informed discussion on the subject particularly those affecting Pakistan. Moreover, the council is determined to serve as a bridge between Pakistani community and foreign diplomatic missions based in Islamabad and foreign countries accredited to Pakistan, and consular corps based in Karachi. PCFR also train youth in diplomatic and international affairs through its Youth Access Program.

I am pleased to highlight that PCFR regularly publishes its magazine “The New Vision”, that contains messages of important personalities, articles on critical topics, and glimpses of our events. The articles on subjects of national and international significance help the readers for better understanding of critical issues.
