Memorandum of Understanding

Pakistan Council on Foreign Relations (PCFR) has always been looking forward to developing cooperation and partnerships with similar organizations at national and international level. Since its formation PCFR has signed MoUs with many prominent think tanks to share experiences and knowledge related to diplomacy, economy, international relations, and cultural affairs.

MoU Signed Between PCFR And Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication (CAERC), Azerbaijan

Nov 2023: The Pakistan Council on Foreign Relations (PCFR) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication (CAERC), Azerbaijan. Prof. Dr. Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director CAERC Chaired the virtual MoU signing ceremony along with Senior Colleagues while Ambassador Syed Hasan Habib, Chairman and Mr. Syed Ghulam Raza represented PCFR. We are hopeful that this MoU will be instrumental in developing mutually beneficial linkage between the organizations and also strengthen the bilateral relations between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.

PCFR signs MoU with Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA), Latvia

Jan 2024: The Pakistan Council on Foreign Relations (PCFR) and Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) through an online meeting on January 26, 2024. The meeting was attended by Ambassador Syed Hasan Habib, Chairman PCFR, Dr. Karlis Bukovskis, Director LIIA, Ms. Sintija Broka, Researcher LIIA, and Mr. Syed Ghulam Raza Executive Director PCFR. During meeting both sides exchanged views on prospective projects and ways to promote bilateral relations.
